Applecross Medical Fees and Billing Policy
Applecross Village Medical Centre is a Private and Bulk Billing practice. All new patients will be private billed for the initial appointment. For more information regarding our fees please call the surgery and one of our receptionists will be happy to help.
Once you have paid for the consultation, we can process the claim through to Medicare electronically for you. Medicare will then transfer the rebate amount directly into your nominated bank account. If you would like more information, please talk to one of our friendly receptionists or call Medicare on 132 011 (local call rate). Please note that Medicare no longer gives you cash over the counter on presentation of a paid bill.
If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please discuss it with your GP.
